for the kids, elementary kids, it is. they go out and play.

well some of them were talking about their childhood, and 1 of them still have recess at teen age. thats where the conversation started

I hope recess is just another word for talking to friends in the hallway.

I think they get full on recess with the playing and everything. I miss my childhood .
