Just because you win on CS:S, nobody's going to deliver you a trophy or cash prize are they? Fair enough, if there was a lot of money to be won then I would understand taking it seriously and going all out for the win, but it's not like that.
As for wanting to play a fair game as the team you support being more nerdy than exploiting bugs and using the best team on the game to win at all costs, you're wrong.
1. There doesnt need to be a trophy if you want to play competitively, and besides you CAN win money, and easy money as theres a lot of cups setup for all skill levels of teams.
2. Why not play seriously? Sure sometimes playing for a laugh is good thats what I use my 360 for, but I dont think theres anything wrong with being serious about it, nothing wrong at all!
