No , I've played all the difficulties . After the amateur difficulty , the easiest is the Word Class . Let me give you one proof . I was just wondering around in the team selection menu accidently I pressed the arrow key whose function is a random team selection and a lame Saudi Arabian team was selected , I said okay lets give it a try to win in world class difficulty against Sevilla , it was a 1-1 tie but I chosed penalty shoot out after the 90 minutes and I won 4-2.

I only play big matches though (finals of cup) and simulate the rest.. Van Persie and Carrick are top scorers in my side.

One thing which ruins the fun is that there is no autosave after you simulate the match, users will keep reloading the save till they win.

Try playing World Class against a team with a good defense (especially two really awesome centre-backs) like Spain (Pique and Ramos). You will have to sweat your butt to get a ball in the net once..

Real Madrid is as bad, annoying I mean.
