Anyone can grow, there's no set ceiling.

I had Arteta grow two points in one season and he is over 30.

I know that but I still didn't sold him because he is the best captain for Barcelona and after him is Xavi . Instead , I sold Mascherano .

He still is more of a defensive mid, if he was at any other club he'd most likely be playing there. Barca are different though.

What Epic said is true , once I bought Giroud in Aston Villa ,his potinel is about 78 I guess ,but I bought him the next year he was 82 . So buy players after a seson .
