Romario and Ronaldo were playing also in the Netherlands and Suarez has been scoring at the same rate as them. Or do you find them that bad also? Other examples are Makaay and Van Nistelrooy and there are many others to mention.

The fact is that if you score a lot of goals in the Dutch competition, foreign clubs tend to take them over and the players will score for their clubs.

Anyway, Ghana is trhough. Asamoah Gyan is turning out to be the star for Ghana. It was a great match to watch.

You can't just make statements like that. There are defensive tactics in pretty much every sport (e.g. the off-side field setting in cricket).

He wasn't faking. He was just wasting time. Nobody likes that but anybody would do that when the world cup is on the line. Besides, that time was added at the end as extra time (3 minutes).

USA can take a lot out of this world cup. They pushed above their weight and got first place in their group. To get to that next stage of their development however, they must learn how to dictate terms. At the moment, they're resilient, but can't really push the other team on the back foot. They have been the second team to score in 3 of their 4 matches in this world cup. The one match in which they were the first team to score was against Algeria, and that to in the dying minutes of the match.
