I had that problem as well. Just sell/fire all your crap players, don't do ITS training and just try and slowly make a profit. It might take a few months but it should work and eventually you'll be in the +ve's

that is assuming i get slightly below average gates, no sellable youths, no prize money or qualification gates and i do not touch my ground.

i reckon i'll actually have about 3.8.3.9 million if all goes well

i fear i'll have to sell a few of my bigger wage earners though to break even next season
