Flintoff gives away his inswinger - I can pick it easily

I thought I'd finally post this, but I'm feeling pretty smart at present cause I know when Freddie's going to bowl an inswinger. I don't know if anyone has noticed it (maybe it's an old observation I'm not sure), but sometimes when running in, he makes an extra swinging motion with his bowling arm in the last stride just before he jumps to deliver the ball. Every time he makes this extra movement its an inswinger, if he brings his arm up smoothly its the outswinger - the normal ball (to right handers I'm talking about).

I haven't got any screenshots and I've been searching YouTube for some clips, but can only find Flintoff bowling Katich in 2005 and Hussey this year, both with outswingers (to right handers), so I can't show you any examples at present.

But has anyone else noticed this?? Maybe in the game on Friday some of you can have a look and see for yourself.

He often bowls his double twirl.

It's not always a inswinger I might add, it's something he uses to confuse the batsman, like when he doesn't use his left arm in delivery.

Oh and don't post any videos on here.

Yeah he does the 'double-windmill' for a lot of deliveries and not just the in-swinger. IIRC, it used to be his overall action as a youngster.

The commentators were talking about it during the Ashes, it's to confuse the batsmen. If he gets in swing with it well thats a bonus.

And I can pick Vettori's fast ,flat one.

It looks like a normal delivery...only he pulls the shoulder down quick like and runs his fingers over the seam and looks towards long off.
