I am definitely interested. I have finished my A Levels and sit at home all day bored out of my skin. The only thing that is keeping me going is the World Cup and Wimbledon, both of which finish soon. Until a find a job I'll be at home doing bugger all, so this would be perfect to fill my time.

How about we start from the very first game of the league? The host can holiday through friendlies and pre-season, skipping the age it takes to sort out tactics and make signings. It will be challenging to play with the original squads, and maybe plus a few of the CPU's signings. Then we get January to really tweak our side if needed, when we are already well through our first season.

What leagues would people be interested in doing? I would like to try Germany or Italy, but I'm open to anything. Me and Ollie had great fun in Spain so I wouldn't object to there at all.

I wouldn't mind doing Italy or the Prem. Of course we could go somewhere exotic like Brazil.

I'm a little bored of doing England all time. I like the idea of Italy or Germany. Surprisingly I haven't tried these leagues at all yet in FM10.

I'm just kidding, any other leagues would be good. Brazil is ridiculous with all the State Championships and there is about three different competitions per season, I have no idea how any of that actually works. Italy has a restriction of only signing 2 non-EU players per season which is a bit lame, and can only have 3 non-EU players overall in the match squad in Spain.

That leaves Germany I guess which I don't have a huge amount of knowledge about, but it could be interesting nonetheless.

Yeah I suppose it would be. Although would we split them up so we are similar level teams? Because if one of us is Bayern and the other a side predicted last it might curb the enjoyment for them.

There's an easy fix around that, by deleting the fake.lnc files. Don't post that in the SI forums though, you aren't supposed to because they don't have the license for it.

Instead of posting in here, we should get an MSN convo running, would be a lot easier communicating.

I like Trev's idea about going on holiday til the start of the season and then taking over.

Just in case anybody apart from us five give a ████, we decided on La Liga. Here are everybody's teams:

Me - Espanyol (Drew the short straw basically)
Ben - Valencia
Mani - At Madrid
Ollie - Villareal
Blake - Sevilla

Should be a fun season. If anybody is interested then you can join in but we'll be already playing league games.

Looking forward to getting into the season of our online game! We need to try and fix up another time to play as well.. Monday? I should be free. Not to sure, will have to see what I can do. It will be difficult to find a time.

As we found out, it's not so much the playing FM, it's the banter in the MSN convo's as well
