They're on the verge of signing Michael Essien from Lyon.

Alberto Gilardino is linked with AC Milan,Chelsea, and Real Madrid.

Supposedly,Mourinho "let slip" that Shevchenko is one of his targets :p

Everyone is saying that Zambrotta will be Chelsea's new full back.

Man Utd are linked with just about every keeper in the world lol ;)

Wenger says he will "look at" signing David Beckham

Arsenal are linked with Lyon's Sidney Govou.

Michael Owen might return to Liverpool.

Joaquin is linked with Liverpool,Chelsea, and Real Madrid. So is Ruben Baraja of Valencia.

Chelsea and Man Utd interested in African starlet Jon Obi Mikel.

Chelsea are said to be preparing a swoop for Argentinians Carlos Tevez and Javier Mascherano.

And they're many,many more lol..those are the ones I remember! ;)

I feel Beckham will move to Arsenal, and Michael Owen to Chelsea/Liverpool.

But one thing's for certain - Essien is moving to Chelsea :)

Reyes and Joaquin might go to Real.

Chelsea certainly have enough money to buy Owen and Beckham, that's for sure. I think both players may be put off signing for them because they are not guaranteed a place in the team.

Anyone who is still unsure of the scenario prior to the last games of the season regarding the relegation tussle in the EPL, here it is, in an easy to understand, consumer friendly diagram (courtesy of 'jassonblueboy' at http://www.footballweb.co.uk )...
Got that? No, I thought not ;)

I can't believe that West Brom have the most vCash on stake here!

I was expecting everyone to bet on Norwich.

Well, being a saddo, I've played out the 4 relegation threatened teams' last matches on PES 4 over the last couple of days, just out of interest to see if it pans out in a similar way this afternoon.
Played on 5 stars, 15 minute matches, here's the results (teams I controlled with an asterisk).

Charlton 1 - Palace* 0 :crying
Fulham*3 - Norwich 0
WBA 3 - Portsmouth* 0 (played late last night after few beers, so realistically emulating Pompeys lack of urgency in this game ;) ).
Southampton 2 - Man Utd* 2 (courtesy of a dubios 1st half Ferdinand dismissal and an injury time Quashie equaliser for the Saints. Too late to save them though.)
So, going by these results, The Baggies stay up, so relegating Southampton, Norwich and Palace :( .
I wonder?

Just been on the BBC Predictor and her's what I think will happen today :D :

!A Close call on GD!

You should control all the relegation threatened teams, not Fulham, Portsmouth or Man United. You should be Norwich, West Brom and Southampton.
