 Rather Norwich stay up than Albion ? :mad

WBA for me (as my brother in law supports them) and I was going to say if not Albion then Palace to stay up, but now.......if not Albion then Soton all the way baby :p

Cheers Phil ; and I thought you'd be happy to see the Baggies go down, what with local rivalry and all that ;) . Or is your philosophy the more midlands teams in the prem the better, for local derbies etc?

No don't mind the Baggies Mike, though I want them to stay up mainly for my brother in law really.

Yeah love the derbies, but only when we win :p

And despite what I said earlier if Albion don't win I will be shouting for Palace

Malcolm Glazer = Death Of Man Utd :)

He's on the verge of completing his deal.

Imagine the fury of the fans :)

Malcolm Glazer=Death of Man Utd
Abramivich=Death of football (at least in England)

Lets hope Glazer realises he's American and has no business in ENGLISH football. He's already got some American football team in America (Tampa Bay?) United will provide nothing compared to what profits he makes there. We need someone like Freddie Sheperd (in terms of him being a Newcastle fan) who supports Manchester United and will not sell the supporters out.

When is this rule for having at least 6 english players in your squad going to be bought in?

Abramovich is committed to Chelsea,if you didn't already know.He said so in an interview. :p

I agree.A rule like this HAS to be there. Then we can see Liverpool and Arsenal falter :)

And before any of you Chelsea haters say anything,Chelsea DO have lots of English players:

Pidgeley
Glen Johnson
John Terry
Wayne Bridge
Scott Parker
Joe Cole
Frank Lampard
Carlton Cole

8 English players...that isnt bad, when you look at a team like Arsenal, who only have something like 3 players.

:)

Me:I know, it's wishful thinking!

Gold:Abramovich is committed to Chelsea,if you didn't already know.He said so in an interview. :p

Me:I meant that Chelsea will rule the EPL for ages as they can afford to buy 5 or 6 world class players a year, thus bringing the competitiveness of the title down. But if the Enlgish (British would be acceptable) player rule comes in this will change, as more Enlgish players will be bought. (this is not an attack on Chelsea, they have a decent amount of English players, as have Manchester United)

G.Neville
W.Brown
R.Ferdinand
P.Scholes
W.Rooney
A.Smith
R.Giggs (technically an Englishmen) ;)

They also have a few British players:

R.Giggs
L.Miller
R.Carroll

I heard Glazer has said that he will provide Fergie with a 20 Million Pound Transfer Kitty :)

I just hope they don't buy Casillas!

I'm hoping Chelsea buy Ferdinand for ?30 milllion!!!
Also get decent Central midfielders
Sell Saha, Kleberson, Carroll.
Give Howard his place back and stick with him for a few games. He's making mistakes because he is under so much pressure. He was amazing the first season at Old Trafford so it MUST be a cofidence thing.

They say that Greeno is going to a top club if we go down. Man United need one.

Yeah Green has done really well,Sven has picked him as England's 3rd keeper.

Yeah over 5 seasons. 20 million each season.
He's letting his son's control the club, This may not be bad because they love football and know a lot about english football and Manchester United.

If he wants to impress the fans he will need to invest in transfer funds-20 million is not enough. Also he will have to prove that the money made available is "there", otherwise the same thing that hapopened to Leeds could happen.

Aparantly Glazer will give 25% of the club to the fans and will encourage us to make our views known to him.

Despite this I am still SCEPTICAL
