Really strong and dominates the Blackburn defence. Would be a great signing for QPR, should be able to keep them up, otherwise a top side should get him.

Liverpool have an eye on him so it's unlikely he'd go to QPR. Sounds right that he should go to QPR but he's pretty sick about low lying clubs. He'll definitely be in the top 6 radar.

I wouldn't exactly call it a pounding. It should've been. It should've been sweet revenge and more for the 6-1, but we were far too complacent in the second half. Don't get me wrong, Scholsey can probably still do a job for us, but to put a player who hasn't played for ages on in such an important game shows how complacent we were in that second half. Scholes is as rusty as the Titanic right now and it shows.

On Sunday, we had a great chance to really put the skids under City's season, but instead of that, they'll feel like it was a moral victory despite losing the match.

And Kompany's red card is sure to be overturned - that was one of the worst red cards I've ever seen. If it's not though, that'll mess City's midfield up. So you can guess what I'm hoping for. ;)

Always tough to come out of retirement in a boiling match. Despite few errors that led to aguero netting one in i think he did well in the closing minutes. But i would say his return was cemented in the bolton match, absolute class.

City will find it tough now, their top 5-6 players are out and mancini's whining about lack of funds which is always funny. Can't always keep buying players as replacements. This is where "top" clubs would halt the situation from getting worse with their reverse guys stepping up. City have 2 teams as Mancini said but it's kinda pointless he wouldn't use them unless its carling cup. Let them rot. -.- don't give crap about city. They and their 'pricey' dreams.

I doubt it really. Maybe in short term, but in long term they will lose their stars. Gotze, Hummels and Subotic, probably more will definitely be gone within three years.

Maybe it's possible if they can find replacements, but having a better squad than Bayern for a long period of time, or even one close to Bayern for a long period of time will be unlikely IMO.

Kagawa might be out on the way too. Dortmund are down financially compared to their rivals, so their top 4 players might be out sometime if not in the near future. But they have a solid youth recruitment so their rebuilding process might see them staying low if their big players should leave.

City missed out on Cavani when they went for Dzeko instead. Can't see them getting him as well now, both too similar.

He's arrived in London having coming through an awful season in Milan at LWB - as a result of which Urby Emanuelson was often employed as a CAM, which didn't work either!

"Samba not for sale"

What are the odds he is gone in the next 7 days :p

Indeed. I just read that Sir Alex looks to be about to make a signing - a Crystal Palace defender. Why?? When someone like Samba is likely to be up for grabs??

.

Wait - what? Mancini's moaning about lack of funds? Really? Remind me, Mr Pratcini - how much have you spent on your idiotic team??

I'm pretty sure it's a defender - I didn't see the name 'Zaha' anywhere, but you're right, he is a very good player.

so Tevez is now not going Inter, AC or PSG

Most unwanted brilliant footballer in the world, if only he wasnt such a prat :p

Just heard he hasnt been paid since November as well lol
