Football Transfers Thread

I've said it before and I might say it again now anyway.

i didn't think baines was worth as much to other clubs as he is to us. He is vital to our system, for other sides he wouldn't be taking the same amount of set pieces or have the same attacking liscence/responsibility.

Obviously now we have changed manager that might no longer be the case. But if we still had Moyes in charge there is no way in hell he'd go for less than 20million (and nobody would pay 20million, because he wouldn't be worth that for anyone who would be able to pay it)

as it stands I have no real idea how much martinez will value him and he might go for about 14million or something. but i doubt it. If he's worth his salt he really, really won't want to sell anyone to the manager he just replaced unless he gets over the odds.

Chelsea's Releases Marin To Sevilla On Loan.....

Marin joins Sevilla on loan

Last Season Chelsea Wasted the talented German Marko Marin and Marin's Matchless Drought Will Come To End With His Move to Sevilla

----------

City is Going to Spend on Benfica's Finisher

City Needs Cardozo

due to Tevez Move to Juventus they like to cover their Attack with Cardozo

Marin's talent was wasted? He was not that great when he signed anyway. I admit that I thought that he'll recover a bit of his reputation, but it seems like he ain't suited to the Premier League.

U Correct ....But He had Great Days in Werder Bermen .....But in Chelsea after the arrival of Benitez only he was stacked

Rumours are that Vidic, Evra and Rooney are all on the way out. If they're true, Moyes better have some solid replacements lined up, especially for the first two (we've got ample striking cover for Rooney in the shape of Chicarito, Welbeck and Ashley Young can do the job as well).

But if Ronney Released From Old Trafford it will a Huge Loss....Because He was A Great Goal converter than others....

Cardozo ? seriously ? :spy

It's more likely that Madrid would play a free, open, wide, space attacking 4-3-3, at the cost of selling some players. If they sign bale and keep Ronaldo, that would naturally move ronaldo up into the front 3, with Benzema and Di Maria/Callejon completing the front line.

Ancelotti has to resolve his attacking midfielders issue, comprising of Ozil, Now Isco, Kaka and Modric. They've already got modric as Alonso's backup so that would mean someone's heading out. Not sure if they'd let Khedira go.

Alonso and khedira have usually kept a tight line in the midfield. My bet's on someone from their midfield to depart, their defence is covered and Marcelo's out of injury. Coentrao seems to head out soon as well.

That would be awesome !

Funny he scored 40+ goals the other season and now he's being linked to Fiorentina. Chances are that he'll only go to the club if Jovetic is sold. They tried to lure Berba last season to replace Jovetic, they failed but kept jovetic for another season.

Italy or England look like a possible destination, a lot of clubs in the PL can get his signature.

I remember Gomez saying he's a Madrid fan, so with Higuain out there's a remote possibility he might ever move to Madrid, just saying.

but Gomez is not keen on moving to Fiorentina

Now who said that? Gomez? :facepalm

Stop assuming things.

@KBC: Can't see him at Madrid unless Ronaldo leaves, two lazy forwards wouldn't be alright.
