Henry is a better player than Zola (was) but both had the same impact. He (Zola) was probably our best player ever.

Zola was a legend. Shearer is probably more of a legend than Zola because of Footballing ability and how succesful their careers were, although I'm not saying zola wasn't successful.
Zola just brought a bit of fun back.

Shearer was amazing. I've never idolized a footballer who didn't wear a blue shirt as much as Alan Shearer. Zola was always good to watch because he had a permanent smile on his face and as well as that, he was damn good.

Shearers a legend but i'm still glad united didn't get him. We wouldn't have ever got Ole! Fantastic player, depends what your looking for in a player but it'd be Shearer over Zola every time for me.UP THE TOON! (no i still haven't forgotten that point you took of the rent boys Culli )

If we did get Shearer, I'm certain we would've had at least one more CL title (the year A. Cole had a ton of chances v Borussia Dortmund and missed most of them!)
