Football Transfers Thread

I think Barton is a better prospect than Parker, only trouble is that Barton is a yob :p. Looks like Sam is going to give the squad a big overhall, which can only be good when you see how badly we have played over the last few season. Like the idea of Viduka as well, will be a good target man for Martins and Owen to feed off. We really need to get some quality defenders in to strengthen are back-line though...

yea whoever gets Tevez has a quality signing, I think there will be quite a few bids going in for him, I rekon chelski will get him though...just a gut feeling.

even without my rose tinted glasses on,i still think west ham may well hold on to him, plus parker is an immense signing and hopefully one of many more, west hams future is looking extremely tasty at the moment

Liverpool look like being sensible in this transfer window...going for big names rather than ploughing in a load of average players. 2/3 quality buys and we could push for the league like 2005/6.

Agreed to an extent, yet they need to start actually getting some rather than just showing interest in them.Imo what we really need is power up front. If I were I Rafa's shoes,Id seriously consider getting back Owen, getting David Villa and possibly someone else up front if possible. That's all assuming that money is there to be spent.Glad to see Xabi sign on though, our central defense and midfield now looks like a strong force for the upcoming season, possibly with the addition of another central defender,Sami's legs nolonger withstanding.

what are Liverpool doin with all that money they received...haven't signed one decent player yet...neither have Arsenal but we know what Wenger is like...i hope Henry decides to stay along with Fabregas...and we buy 1 or 2 WC players...

Lets not start this because you can't compare strikers and goalkeepers etc!

Pity about Thierry, but we'll get on fine without him.All salute the greatest player ever to grace the Premiership!

Lol, No.

Well now Arsenal are screwed. Do they have their eyes on a replacement yet?

4th place with just the one striker last season? We'll do fine this one. 3 fit forwards and maybe another brought in and we'll bang in the goals

does any one have a complete list of transfers
