eg some say liverpool have signed Voronin and some don't . Could someone please please list the major transfers around the world or give me a link that has fully correct lsts of tranfers please i will be forever grateful please

The best source is from wikipedia, what i do is simply go to the team's wikipedia page and they are all listed there. They are very true, they had Diego Lopez's transfer up there like 2 or 3 weeks before it was officially announced.

There is not a complete list made for Spanish transfers on wikipedia like the English, German and Italian lists.
