accomplished form and skilled(bowling) talent. The skilled (bowling) basically makes him spec bowling and the accomplished form makes him excep/out. Kinda.

haha, I didn't think Accomplished form and the Skilled bowling would push it up that much though. Especially only with reasonable endurance and experience.

Yea surprised by the experience but endurance doesn't have that much affect.

I've been playing FTP for about one and half seasons now. Currently sitting at 3rd in all competitions in 6th division. Comfortable win in last youth match.

Bit disappointed that O'Leary didn't go on to make a double century but a pretty good batting effort from the team :p 10th century for O'Leary as well.

Murch 125 (103)
O'Leary 161 (127)
Pettinger 45 (29)
Omara 51* (28)
Young 0 (1)
Oldroyd 26* (19)

422/4

A nice way to finish the game :p

42.1 W Tindall to Kadak : [stumped] A poor delivery from Tindall but even poorer footwork by Kadak. Quick as a flash Oldroyd has whipped off the bails and he's out. The fielding side chuckle like mischievous schoolboys as Kadak trudges back to the pavilion.
G. Kadak st M. Oldroyd b. F. Tindall 4 (11b 0x4 0x6) SR:36.36
42.2 W Tindall to Neagus : A bit of an argument in the commentary box about whether that was the slider or the zooter, but it's all academic as it hit Neagus on the back leg below the knee-roll.
C. Neagus lbw b. F. Tindall 0 (1b 0x4 0x6) SR:0.00
42.3 W Tindall to Craig : [catch] There's a noise as that goes through to Oldroyd and Tindall turns and appeals. Glove? Bat? Craig's arthritic wrists playing up? Doesn't matter, umpire says it's out.
M. Craig c M. Oldroyd b. F. Tindall 0 (1b 0x4 0x6) SR:0.00

A hattrick for Tindall!

End of over 43 (maiden) - western warriors(195-10). 228 runs required from 7 overs. RR 4.53 RRR 32.57
H. Stevens 0 (2b), F. Tindall 9.3-2-34-4

----------

And to make it all the more impressive, his last wicket was his 200th in SOD cricket :p

And Murch has passed 2000 SOD runs as well.

Another comfortable win there.

Ressurectd 83/10 from 28.4
Velxcer CC 87/1 from 12.5

I guess I wont catch the table-topper this season.

Holy crap. My team just took a dump on a team ranked almost similar to mine. Other team was rated just 2.5K below and yet we chased down 215 on a slow wicket with 11 overs to spare and 9 wickets in hand. Hats off boys.:clap

----------

That was first win for us in this miserable season. After 5 losses and a tie.:facepalm
Need to get some more wins to avoid relegation this season.

lol at my T20 game today.

No chance of winning at this stage:

End of over 16 (17 runs) - The Nailers(145-1). 33 runs required from 4 overs. RR 9.06 RRR 8.25
H. McDonald 62 (34b), R. Simon 69 (47b) , A. Whiteman 3-0-35-0

2 wickets from the next 2 overs and only 14 runs off but still should lose this by some way.

End of over 18 (7 runs) - The Nailers(159-3). 19 runs required from 2 overs. RR 8.83 RRR 9.50
R. Simon 77 (53b), J. Sweeney 0 (0b) , A. Whiteman 4-0-42-1

But then Healy comes up with this over.

18.1 W Healy to Sweeney : [catch] Short and wide outside the off stump, Sweeney shuffles across and flashes hard at it. The ball clips the edge and goes straight to Pettinger behind the stumps.
J. Sweeney c J. Pettinger b. B. Healy 0 (1b 0x4 0x6) SR:0.00

18.2 . Healy to Deveney : Deveney heaves wildly across the line, but misses the ball completely! The vociferous appeal for lbw is turned down as the ball hit him fractionally outside the line of leg stump.
18.3 W Healy to Deveney : Oh dear. There is nothing quite like the look on the face of someone who pulls a wide ball back onto their stumps. Your eyes light up and then comes the unexpected death rattle. The head goes down, the jaw clenches and the ears turn red as you begin walking, to the hoots of the fielders. And now Deveney knows what it's like.
E. Deveney b. B. Healy 0 (2b 0x4 0x6) SR:0.00
18.4 W Healy to O'Rourke : A straight ball hits him in line, the finger is slowly raised.
D. O'Rourke lbw b. B. Healy 0 (1b 0x4 0x6) SR:0.00

That is 5 wickets for Healy!
18.5 1 Healy to Sreerupa : Sreerupa gets onto that one quickly and whips it through midwicket.
18.6 1 Healy to Simon : Pitched up, outside off, driven for a single.

End of over 19 (2 runs) - The Nailers(161-6). 17 runs required from 1 overs. RR 8.47 RRR 17.00
A. Sreerupa 1 (1b), R. Simon 78 (54b) , B. Healy 4-0-22-5

Should win now. First 2 balls.

19.1 4 Yousif to Simon : That delivery is a little wide and Simon slaps it through the off side, quite a chase from the fielder but despite Bollinger's best efforts to save the boundary, he is carried over the line by his momentum and it's 4.
19.2 3 Yousif to Simon : Nothing wrong with that delivery, but Simon's footwork and timing were immaculate and he picks up 3 through the covers

10 runs from 4 balls. Game on. But then this happens.

19.3 W Yousif to Sreerupa : [catch] Got him! Pushes it through outside off stump, Sreerupa doesn't transfer his weight at all and his tentative poke provides an edge which carries safely to Murch at first slip.
A. Sreerupa c J. Murch b. A. Yousif 1 (2b 0x4 0x6) SR:50.00
19.4 1 W Yousif to Texel : [runout] A huge mix up there and Simon is well short of his ground.
R. Simon run out (L. van der Hoeven) 85 (56b 5x4 3x6) SR:151.79

19.5 wd Yousif to Hussain : Wide of off stump. Yousif grimaces in frustration.
19.5 W Yousif to Hussain : [catch] Yousif strikes! The ball pitches outside the off stump and moves away, with a hint of reverse swing. Hussain goes for the drive and gets the edge to Pettinger behind the wicket.
A. Hussain c J. Pettinger b. A. Yousif 0 (1b 0x4 0x6) SR:0.00

19.6 . Yousif to Ud-Din : A cutter just outside off grips the pitch and comes back through the gate, narrowly missing the bails.

End of over 20 (9 runs) - The Nailers(170-9). 8 runs required from 0 overs. RR 8.50 RRR 0.00
A. Ud-Din 0 (1b), T. Texel 1 (1b) , A. Yousif 4-0-35-2

Batting was pretty disappointing apart from O'Leary opening who scored 87* off 49 and Murch who made 50 off 41 batting at 3. Golden ducks for van der Hoeven and Mijnke, 6 for Yousif and 10 for Pettinger. Not great.

----------

And against the top team as well :p

End of over 13 (maiden) - The Wizzards Warriors(36-10) RR 2.77
H. Bowman 1 (9b), A. Poirier 2.1-1-6-3

End of over 4 (7 runs) - Velxcer CC(37-0) RR 9.25
D. Taylor 16 (8b), J. Ligthart 20 (16b) , K. Slight 1.5-0-22-0

Today's T20 match. :facepalm
I guess my sticky pitch didn't help them. :p

The lovely moment when you forget to change your lineup cause your best batsman is away on INT duty and you open the batting with a dreadful batsman who scored 17 off 51 balls and we only make 203 from our 40 overs.

Should still win though, they are 150/4 after 35 overs so they need 54 runs from 5 overs to win.

Goedhart been the pick of the bowlers taking 2/29 off 8 while Harms bowled pretty well, taking 1/35 off 8.
