If this was to happen, I'd expect it's to do with money and that by hosting in England the TV rights might get a boost.

Does someone have any backstory as to why an Indian Domestic team is suddenly in Namibia, playing a series against it's national team??

They've had some Pakistan teams over before, potentially the only way of getting some good match practice.

Less than 5 months for the show piece event in World Cricket and the ICC doesnt have a clue regards the schedule!

This is so dumb on many levels. How are fans going to be able to make it? Air fares surging like crazy , more so in India. To top it, no one knows where their teams are going to play/ how many games per stadium(we dont even know the host cities). So poor!
