General Questions Thread

thats weird... you only have to pay for one contract and they are yours forever. No re signing but you can sell How strange

You still have to pay wages....
And once you sell em. They get a contract of 43-44 days for their new club. It stops teams from reselling players to get a profit.

42 days... the contract is like gillyfan mentioned to prevent peeps like me from selling them again for a profit. fortunately by the time the 42 days end, the market is inflated further thus increasing the profit

Ahhh it makes sense now! Thanks guys!!!

Battrick rating? any use for it? and can someone give me an example of what infomation they include on their excel spreads

Basically, BTR means nothing, but i did find a use of it... helpful for scouting trained 17 year olds...

trained 17 year olds dont have their wages updated, so a a 2-3 weeks old proficient will have 800 salary, which is that of a resp normally. however he will still have a BTR of 7k - 10k which shows that he probably isnt a resp...

i dont rest my reliance on spreadsheets. They dont seem to be accurate for players being trained...

In you opinion, are these guys worth training? and what nets would you reccommend?

Would I be correct in saying that Batting and Bowling is their skill level and Consistancy and Concentration are their ability to improve

No, that would be incorrect! All the skills can be improved! The amount that they can be improved depends on their age! :)

Do Consistancy and Concentration improve?
