I would say 2 experience levels for 1 level of captaincy.

Reason being that Leadership is the primary skill for captains, will be more important. As for the 2:1 ratio it's a guess really, could be about 3:1 no real maths has been exposed regarding it.

Season 11

Anybody know when the new season will start?

I plan to expand my stadium, and don't want to do it a week or so too early and waste money on the higher ground maintenance costs for an extra week cos I'm a stingy manager

Next week is the last week. Then first week into the new season, with YP on Tue and first Cup match on Sunday.

I wish to invest money in academy this season...
How much shall I invest? How many players shall I train and with what no. of nets assigned to each player?

I hope you have invested some money already. It's not a thing you want to do be doing now seeing as you need to collect ITS and you can only get 10 of them a week. Ideally you want 70 for two 17yo YP.

Nets wise depends on your team and who you are training can't give a definite answer without seeing them.

Oh ok... No I haven't invested any as I didn't had any clue about it so asked here for help...

How much should I invest in my academy to start off with?

As a new team rather don't invest anything yet as its hit and miss, you'd be much better of buying cheap players for now.
