It is just that India is blue so another colour such as orange for example could have broken it up a little.

The colour of the font is also hard to read.

Advice: When you have a picture with only half the body then don't put it in the center. You should put it in the bottom. You should also make the 2 pictures visible (the ones with him in England's ODI jersey).

Yes! That's a lot better (in my opinion). If you don't mind, you should find a bigger picture of Collingwood to replace the one on the far left. It should be about the same size as the picture of Collingwood on the far right.
