hh.head error

guys can anyone plz help me im pissed with this hh.head error creeping up whenever i play cricket. It freezes the whole game and i don't undestand what to do. Its so odd and due to this im not able to play cricket on my pc. plz assist.

Could you be more specific and maybe post a screenshot as i seem to recognise this error. Could you also provide everyone with information on what TV Overlay you are using as that may be to do with the problem. Also if you have got the unique face pack installed.
