Hindi Cinema Discussion

The news about Amir Khan is not confitmed. He has given script but it's not official that he will be part of Dhoom 3

Nobody knows what script Yash Chopra gave to Aamir. It could also be the script that Yash Chopra might direct for his next venture (Remember, Yash Chopra announced that he is getting back to direction by the end of this year?). I am not sure if Yash Chopra will go back to Shahrukh again for his next film (there have been quite a few rumors that there is some problem between Yash Raj Films and SRK).

And also, Dhoom Series is a film handled by Aditya Chopra and directed by someone else. Why would Yash Chopra take the script of Dhoom-3 and deliver it to Aamir? The producer is Aditya Chopra, the director is someone else (or maybe Adi himself). Yash Chopra doesnt interfere in films that are not directed or directly produced by him. He leaves it to Adi.

Next movie on Radar is Once Upon a Time in Mumbai. Would have loved to see Vivek Oberoi instead of Imran Hashmi but meh Prachi is doing hot avatar.

The scene where Prachi puts hand on glass window and Imran puts his from other side while walking into restaurant is killer.

It is Emrann Hashmi.

And Vivek is a flop it was good they took him. Emraan does all different type of roles.

Vivek is better than Emraan, who fits nothing because all those erotic films where he has to kiss heroines or have sex with them. Vivek is better in comedy, Vivek is better in the sweet romance that does not involve intimacy, Vivek is better in the rough 'n tough roles, etc.

Really dont like both these actors but Vivek has more variety and I feel that Emraan has been doing the same roles. Vivek was fantastic in Shootout at Lokhandwala.

I have a feeling 'Peepli Live' might break Aamir Khan's "golden goose" record of delivering superhits with whatever he touches. For me, it doesnt look as exciting as his previous films/productions. But lets see since the subject he is taking on is good.

Once Upon a Time in Mumbai is looking to be a good movie, the trailor was really good.
Hope same for the film too.

Lots of good movies for the weekend, including the epic "Inception". Anyone know whats the Hindi dubbed version of "Inception" getting reviews like? The dubbing in Indian languages should be quite comical to say the least. I heard that its been titled "Chakravyuh" (obviously inspired from Mahabharata, from the scene of Abhimanyu's death; but its a fantastic title wasted for a dubbing film)

I want to watch both "Tere Bin Laden" and "Udaan".

Stop this madness:eek:, Just go and watch inception or jump of the bridge :p :laugh
