Shananana nanananana nananana nananana.

Your first exam is starting in a month. Do you:

A - Supplement the revision you have already done with more revision

B - Devise a structured revision time-table to be followed up until the end of your exams

C - Pick up the nearest book and read it

D - Procrastinate and revise a few days before

E - Think to yourself, "Only stupid people need revision. I know it all already. Shanana nanana".

F - Go without sleep and cram as much as you can on the morning of your exam?

I did F.

D. Find out what I don't know. Learn it. Go into exam. Realise I should have revised what I knew as well.

G. Played Xbox Live all night safe in the knowledge that my lifelong motto is always true. "The only ones who actually revise are the ones who don't really need to".

E. I don't do anything differently.

Yup, PS3 was on until 3:30am. Nothing sets you up for a big exam like scoring a few beauties.

A mix of D and E. I saw people this past month getting so worried about their exams they were a nervous wreck! I didn't do any revision at all and none of them were complete disasters.

It all depends on my motivation, knowledge of the subject, need to know/learn it, whether I want to do well and the importance of the exam.

Here's the simple method I used for my A Level exams:

Step 1) Forget about them, watch cricket, go out on the lash and play xbox
Step 2) The night before the exam try skimming through your text books whilst watching tv
Step 3) Frantically cram on the morning of the exam before going into the hall

Worked for me, finished with 3 C's at A2. Nice.

Well, I only ever arrived for 2 exams in my whole schooling career. I'd normally just sneak out of school, go downtown and start fights instead.

God, what a kid I was. Don't learn from me.
