Okay, I'll say each uni and have a few comments on each one. In order of visting.
Warwick - Very contemporary university, built in the late 1960's. Very modern feel to the buildings but didn't pick up too much atmosphere from the place as a whole. Nice campus, but not really my thing. Had a very nice little Student Union and nightlife sounded good.
Birmingham - One of my preferred universites, fairly old uni. Loved the look and feel of the uni with it's redbrick buildings and had a nice atmosphere. Some nice facilities, don't remember too much of the Student Union.
Bristol - Hated it, by far my least favourite uni. Was a city uni and spread out, didn't like the feel of it, very very poor Student Union. Major Dislike.
Bath - I have nothing negative to say bath and this twin visit of Bath and Bristol was a day of stark contrasts. Fell in love with Bath in every Way. Looked incredible, I love Bath as whole, spent a lot of time as a child there. Amazing sports facilities and a pretty nice SU.
Kings College London - Quite a nice uni, but not one that particularly interested me, think my overall Bias towards Bath made me dislike things I may otherwise have liked.
University College London - One of my more preferred uni's on this tour. Had a nicer feel that Kings and preferred it more. But overall, don't see myself at either Kings of UCL. I'm a much bigger fan of campus uni's than city unis. A very nice bar in the SU!
University's I still plan on looking at include, Durham, York, Loughborough, possibly Exeter and Manchester.
I'm in a limbo period at the moment, on a bit of a downer and at the moment regretting my move to the IB and Switzerland, but think it could prove beneficial. It could be tough to get in now, but if I do get in, it could be seriously beneficial.
