One of the more eventful days of my life. Got to Cambridge (about 100 miles away), went to hotel, quite nice, the House Manager was nice, went to the accomodation, what a hole. I'm not prepared to stay somewhere like that (You could crap on it and make it better), I've spoken with the Training Officer, I knew it would be basic, I expect it to be safe and secure as a minimum. if it was an anomally, I'll carry on, if not, I'll probably terminate the contract.

Oh well, stlll plenty of options. I've already been looking at Trainee Restaurant management stuff. Don't know if that is good or bad, but food is what drives me the most tbh.

It really says something about the company and how they'd potentially treat you in the long run. If they can expect you to live in a dump, they must not treat their staff very well. Good of you to move on.
