sandeep patel himself thinks that kartik is better than dhoni and besides boycott doesn't like dhoni's batting style, but dhoni had performed good in his last few matches, but kartik before he came in to the Indian lineup he had a magnificent season scoring a century in the ranji trophy finals and he also had an amazing U-19 WC as he scored 79 from 39 balls or something close to that.... Sandeep thinks that Kartik is in the mould of Adam Gilchrist and such, so I would much prefer that kartik play.....

Yup but i don't think he'll get a game in the Champions Trophy and will be treated like Parthiv Patel !
Anyways the Bookies in UK think that Ind & pak will both be eliminated earlier and the final will be played b/w Aus and SriLanka / England

Why have we started believing in bookies?
This is a knockout tournament and a good day for one team and bad day for the other may eliminate a side

Iam not so sure about srilanka though, they have had quite a few successes at home but have still not won matches abroad . They are a gr8 team on the slow low tracks in the subcontinent but they can be dreadful abroad . I would not be surprised if they get knocked over by England .

India having played a couple of games in England would have hopefully got things going before th big game versus PAK
