Read the index post. I am not making up the rules. I clearly specified there that the restriction mean that those are the maximum number of overs a certain type of bowler bowls. It doesn't matter if 3 fast medium bowlers are in the team. They can only bowl total of 8 overs. Similarly either you can have 2 part timers bowling 4 overs of spinner or a single bowler bowling 4 overs.

Reason for restriction on medium fast bowler is that some teams have way too many allrounders. Australia can play Watson,Hopes,M'cdonalds. That would make a really long tail

Angry please check the england squad,there are no medium fast bowlers in the squad,there is one medium pacer(collingwood)and the rest are either fast medium or allrounders.
Cmon bud think about it.

1 Fast Bowler, 3 Fast Medium, 2 Medium/Medium Fast, 1 spinner compulsory .

Yea that is fine,as long as there is only one fast bowler and one spinner and the spinner must bowl 4 overs,then i think it is fair.The other overs should be shared out between fast mediums or medium fast bowlers or evenm mediums.
Ps collingwood is not even a medium either,he is classed as an all rounder.
