Icon request

I have a request.
I need a 48*48 .ico file for my Tournament Editor. I've made one but it looks pretty lousy (see below).
If anyone can produce something better (!) for it I'll happily use the icon and give them credit in the readme.

P.S. I can convert to ico if you want to post it in a different format.

I want something cricket-related not just a windows icon with "tmt" on it. Sorry to be so picky but I know what I like and nothings jumped out at me so far.
