Reckon I could just install it on one of these drives and be free from this virus as long as I start from Vista everytime?
Viruses mostly go after systemdrive (mostly C drive). So put your important stuff on F and clean up your F drive with antisoftware virus.

Keep the CD in the drive and allow the computer to boot from the disk.

Talking about porn. I read today an article that criminals are targetting pornwebsites to attract porn watchers. Normally they also put some viruses together with websites, so they can get some information about your system. Or just take over your system.
I tried to find the article and here it is. I actually went to get some information about Kinect that time and I saw that article next to it.
