i predict 1st 10 overs Pak/Ind will be 110 to 120 becuase of hitters like afridi and sehwag

10 Overs: Close contest so far in the 1st odi. Indo-Pak XI lost Sehwag early but Afridi provided initial momentum. Unfortunately for them he tried one big hit too many and got out in the 10th over. Sachin is looking in good touch and will look to rebuild along with Youhana. Indo-Pak XI 52 for 2.

Yay here we go, a little set back early on for the Indopak xi. Now for the masters Sachin, Rahul and Inzi to take charge.

25 overs: World XI certainly in charge at the half way stage. Tendulkar - caught in covers trying to go over the top and Inzamam - caught behind trying to hook were out cheaply. Runs are not easy to come by but Youhana and Dravid (two ideal batsmen to have in this situation?) have denied any more breakthroughs and kept a reasonable runrate going. For World XI all the seamers have done well with Vaas the pick of bowlers with a superb spell of 6-0-22-2. 110 for 4.

more like 25 overs mate : wicket is doing a bit and Ravi's cfgs made sure a realistic score in these conditions would have loved to hit few big ones but wasn't easy out there Still aiming for 240+ total if these two stay together for next 10 odd overs.

A Look Back In History​

Tony Greig: In this feature we will bring you some interesting moment in history from the match venue. In Today's "A look back in history" we take a look at first ever tournament that was held at this ground (then called The Colonial Stadium). Two captains Steve Waugh and Shaun Pollock shaking hands before the "Super challenge 2000". There was some good competitive cricket in the 3 ODI series and in the end the series was tied 1-1 with one match ending in a tie.

Given up on the configs mate but am having fun playing with the patch though. I can't score one too many and have to rely on my bowling skills as well to win a game so it's all fine I suppose. Trying the test match configs now, by the time you finish your ODIs you will have a truly test test cricket patch.

Youhana and Rahul now need to settle down for at least 10 overs before starting to slog. A total around 250+ should be decent to defend.

40 overs: A superb 138 run partnership between Youhana and Dravid has placed Indo-Pak XI in a good position after 40 overs. Youhana was out for a well made 73 off 79 balls and with Dravid still there a good total looks on cards.
Highlight of the partnership was excellent running between the wickets by these two and they added the runs without any unnecessary risks. 207 for 5.

50 Overs: Indo - Pak XI finished on a good total of 269 for 9 in their 50 overs. The partnership between Youhana (73 off 79 balls, 9 4s) and Dravid (74 off 100 balls, 6 4s) was responsible for staging a recovery after at one stage they were reduced to 58 for 4.
These two added 138 for the 6th wicket before Youhana got out trying to increase the runrate. Dravid continued to accumulate runs and with some useful contributions from lower order they were able to set a good target for World XI.
