Ganguly-Well,Ian,this pitch looks like it will assist the spinners as it is dusty and as everyone knows,we have 2 world class spinners in Anil and Harbhajan.The australians struggled against spin last time round and we hope they will this time too.(laughs)

Ganguly-Yes,we have brought in Kaif to replace Sachin and Yuvraj will now open the innings with Viru.

Gilchrist-Of course.It makes no difference,and in fact we are glad as it will be easier to face the spinners on the first day rather than the last day.We fancy our chances as the pitch will deteriorate on the last day,when the indians will have to bat.If Haydos and Langer get us off to a good start,we will be in a very strong position.

Mike-Well the Indians will definetely have the edge as the pitch suits spinners and if the aussies get out cheap,the indians may go on to win.
Slats-Well i feel australia have the edge as the ball will start to spin only after it gets old.Thus the aussies will have to take advantage of the pacemen and the new ball to have the edge.A huge first innings total for australia may win them the match.
