Depends, I lost a bit of interest half way through and couldn't update it as much as I would have liked to due to other commitments.

I will wait a few weeks and see if I have enough time to do another. If I did start a new thread it would definitely be England V New Zealand in England with both Test's and ODI's.

2 is enough for now :)

I have never actually played with the English team or played against the Kiwis so it will be a challenge.

ahh mate that story was a cracker do another i hope. i cant wait to face the kewis i luv being the Aussies!!!

TWENTY20 MATCH AT THE GABBA

Welcome back to the Gabba after a disappointing finish to the test series. The pitch has been cleared and we are ready to go for this charity twenty20 game. Every time a 4 is hit the ACB will donate $400 to the Cancer Council of Australia. Every time a 6 is hit the donation will be $600. There is a full stadium for this event, with the prospect of seeing Andrew Symonds, Ricky Ponting, Adam Gilchrist, Virender Sehwag and Mahendra Dhoni all going for it we are in for a cracking night. This is also a great time for both teams to blood some new players, which will happen tonight...

The Gabba officials have done incredibly well to ensure the pitch is perfect for cricket since the rains only weeks ago. The pitch is flat but will seam around early but batsmen can still score freely in the later overs...

The Toss

The Toss has been won by India who have elected to bowl...

GILCHRIST FIRES EARLY

Australia have made an excellent start to their innings, especially Adam Gilchrist. Both him and fellow opener Phil Jaques have taken the attack to the Indian's and are now powering along at a run rate of 8.2 per over with Gilchrist already striking a huge 6 down the ground. They need to keep this up and score around 200 to pose a real challenege to the visitors...

A.Gilchrist 26(16)*
P.Jaques 14(14)*
AUS: 0/41
RR: 8.2
Overs remaining: 15
Money Raised: $2600

AUSTRALIA CONTINUE TO DOMINATE

Despite loosing both of their openers the Aussie's have put their feet on the accelerator and are starting to slip away from India. Adam Gilchrist was caught at third man after he got a thick outside edge which carried to Sehwag who took a phenomenal catch metres from the rope. Jaques was caught at mid wicket trying to slog over the top. India's troubles worstened when Ponting came in and hit the second 6 of the innings over cover on Raina's first ball...

D.Martyn 10(4)*

SYMONDS HITS OUT, AUSTRALIA CRUISING

Just when India looked to be coming back into the game after Ricky Ponting was caught on the boundary, Andrew Symonds has entered the stadium and smashed four 6's. His incredible hitting has kept everyone in their seats, Especially the spectators sitting at square leg. They have had to try and catch (or avoid) 3 rocketing shots from Symo who is on fire today. India need to somehow break this partnership as Symonds is looking settled and Martyn is comfortably playing the ball into the gaps...

A.Symonds 36(19)*
D.Martyn 16(11)*
R.Ponting 31(22)
AUS: 3/131
RR: 8.74

THE INCREDIBLE MR CRICKET

Australia has made 190/5 from their 20 overs thanks largely to some awesome batting from Mike Hussey in the last over. Hussey his three 6's in a row over cover and third man to take Australia from 169/5 from 19 to 190/5 after 20. His unbeaten 21* combined with Symonds' 38 and Martyn's 49 helped build the formidable total that confronts the visitors now...

Total innings money: $11,800

INDIA OFF TO A FLYER

India are well above the current run rate required but have lost 4 wickets in their attempts to hit over the infield and score quickly. 2 wickets fell in the first over of the innings, both caught at mid on by Jaques off the bowling of Brett Lee. Lee then claimed Dravid with a good bouncer which the captain hooked up high in the air to Tait at square leg. Raina was the 4th to go, He got a thick outside edge which flew to cover and the safe hands of Symonds off Tait's bowling...

Y.Singh 25(15)*
M.Dhoni 8(2)*
S.Raina 0(4)
R.Dravid 20(7)
R.Uthappa 0(1)
V.Sehwag 0(1)
IND: 4/54 (5)

Balls remaining: 90
Runs Required: 137
Wickets in hand: 6
Money Raised: $5400
