LEE GETS HIS SECOND

Brett Lee is making up for his wicketless first innings by snaring two big wickets. The first was Gayle, now Lara is heading back to the pavillion. Lara was bowled by a nasty inswinging yorker from Lee aiming at his toes. He tried to push the ball away but couldn't do enough to stop the ball cannoning into his middle stump and giving Lee and the Aussies their second wicket.

AUSSIES GET CLOSER TO VICTORY

The Australians though Michael Kasprowicz have claimed their 3rd wicket of the Windies second innings. Kasper bowled a short off cutter whcih tempted Hinds into a cut shot which he slashed in the air straight to Simon Katich at point. The Windies have now lost their top 3 and arguably two of their most in form batsmen when they still require over 150...

That start looks too real! A pathetic shot and a stunning catch. Good effort with the story mate!

WARNE TRAPS CHANDERPAUL

The Windies batting attack has been stunned after loosing their top 4 batsmen in quick succession. Chanderpaul has become the latest victim, trapped LBW by Shane Warne. Warne tossed an leg break outside off and let it spin back in, Chanderpaul picked the spin and tried to sweep but missed the ball completely and payed for it with his wicket. The Windies are now is deep trouble...

Yeah, it has been the story for most of the tour so far

Thanks mate :cheers

WINDIES LOOSE ANOTHER WICKET

The West Indians are all but finished after loosing their last repectable batsman. Sarwan was tempted into playing a stupid cover drive over the field by Glen McGrath but failed to connect properly and was caught well by Damien Martyn. The Windies have now lost almost all hope of drawing the match, let alone winning it...

Just been going through the story from the first. Good work with the graphics. I should say this has been a good read. Also I appreciate your concentration on the tour matches as well.

Thanks mate :cheers

It's nice to know the work payed off.

THREAD TEMPORARILY CLOSED

Some of you who have read this story earlier might remember that I am going on holidays. My flight leaves in around 2 hours so I guess that's it for this year.

Just to let you all know Australia wins by an innings and 106 runs. They dismiss West Indies for 113 runs.

Merry Christmas and Happy new year to all

:cheers

Awesome win by the Aussies

Have a good holiday and a Merry Christmas cricket_60. I really enjoyed your thread and seeing history repeat itself.
