I think ICL is shifting their concept toward globalization due to current response of IPL.

yeah, ICL can't be compared to IPL. Look at the crowd, full house in every game. Here there is a Twenty-20 Tournament played between provincial teams. Only people watching matches are Players, Officials and Ground Staff. People here are getting sick of Cricket now. There are now more attracted to games like Rugby and Soccer.
