As far as entertainment is concerned no argue.
But Still for Struggling players ICL > IPL.

Why would anyone have a league for the struggling ones ? And add to that a league that tries to find talent via T20 ?

Has planned ? Then why are the international stars not playing there ? The internationals presence was to improve the quality of domestic cricket.Why didnt they play in the First ICL 50's ?

This is issue about Money.
International Stars don't care about IPL or ICl but because ICL don't have money such as BCCI..
And Anyway It is not Modi's money.It is our Goverment money.
So whatever crap BCCI do,only for Money.
