Lineup Rules

Please mark your keeper (:arwk:/:wk:) and a minimum of six bowlers (:arwk:/:ar:/:bwl:)
Please take a careful look at player injuries before submitting your lineup
You can have a maximum of four overseas (:os:) players in your lineup

Pitch Types (by @VC the slogger)

:bwl::down: Damp/Sticky - Massively in favor of bowlers and an absolute nightmare to bat on, unless you're Victor Trumper.
:left::right: Dusty - Plenty of turn on offer for spinners and a good place to bat for spin-savvy batsmen. Good pace bowlers are still likely to thrive.
:ar::up: Even - Provides an evenly balanced contest for all disciplines of the game.
:bat::left: Flat - A batsman-friendly pitch which provides little or no assistance to bowlers. Expect big totals.
:bwl::up: Green - A lot of movement on offer early on, making it ideal for fast bowlers. Batting expected to become easier as the match progresses.
:ar::left: Hard - Ideal conditions for batting. Good deal of bounce on offer for fast bowlers as well. Could go either way.
:right::left: Dry/Slow - Ideal for slow and spin bowlers as the name suggests. Sometimes quite difficult to bat on.
:down: Poor - Uneven bounce and a huge amount of turn on offer for spinners. Expect a slow hard grind for very few runs.

Same 11 for us. I live under no delusion about the fact that we start as pretty heavy underdogs in this match playing away on unfriendly conditions and against a team that have been way more consistent than us; both in this season and generally in this competition

It's already our best season ever and we've found a few more cult heroes in the process. I'm genuinely happy for our comeback from last season no matter what happens in the final :)

Afridi and Rabada come back fresh and ready to pounce! Shivam Dube plays ahead of NKR as a pure batter being a spin basher and a left hander to negate both their spinners hopefully along with Stokesy and Jadeja if the need arises. Our lower middle order being all lefties surely should help us do that.

All our 3 spinners are very different and special and hopefully they will spin their magic and win us our third IODC trophy which was the target when we begun this season!

It has been a collective effort so far from all the players for us to reach this far and hopefully we get past the line one more time! Let's do this guys!

Good luck to RCB, a brilliant side. May we have a cracker of a final!

Good Luck guys, hope we're getting it for the third time.
All thanks to Gaurav for continuously working with the team to get us at the top.
Kudos Royals :Claping:

Rajasthan Royals pulled things back remarkably well to restrict the Royal Challengers Bengaluru to a below-par 232, especially after Prabhsimran Singh and Yashasvi Jaiswal's flying start. Despite being faced with an overwhelmingly aggressive start, the Royals showcased why they have two Indian One-Day Championship titles to their name. Their spin attack, spearheaded by Varun Chakravarthy, kept plucking away with crucial wickets at crucial moments until they turned the tide of this final in their favor. Kagiso Rabada also struck two timely blows, leaving Shaheen Shah Afridi as the only dud of the final. Bengaluru will no doubt rue letting their brilliant start go to waste.

Because of which, the Royals have been laid down a straightforward path to a record-third Indian One-Day Championship title on the other side of the second innings.

Target: Rajasthan Royals need 233 runs to win

@Gaurav_7/@Life Warrior @Neptune

If I look at how they started then I will take 232 anyday to chase in the finale. It was an all out attack against our 2 spearheads and something from which Afridi could not recover I feel.

He had his worst day for us like forever and that coming in the final adds salt to the wound. But we all know he is a champion and one off day cannot undo all that he has done for us in the past. I hope the batsmen pull this chase off for him!

The bowlers have done their job and I am really happy with how the 3 spinners tightened the screws as well as kept taking on wickets to restrict them to 232. But as we all know, we still have to chase those down to win.

Runs on the board in such games are very crucial but I also feel we have the batsmen to do it! Our captain is a calm head on the shoulders guy and all the other batters can surely chase this total down. Hopefully we do it!

That's 30 under par I reckon, pretty disappointing from the overseas bats who really have not come to the party in the knockouts. It's crazy that we didn't get completely blown out of the water without a singular 50+ score, Mulani and Sumit are the finds of the season

Still though, i really do think we have the best bowling attack on the tournament and I'm confident we will atleast give RR a run for their money here and not let them walk this chase

Rajasthan Royals pulled things back remarkably well to restrict Royal Challengers Bengaluru to a below-par 232, especially after Prabhsimran Singh and Yashasvi Jaiswal's flying start.

It takes one to know one, and Marco Jansen knew exactly how to get his fellow countryman to crack! The Royal Challengers have pulled off the most sensational of comebacks and taken a firm grasp of the game, but the job is far from finished. It will take some doing, but the Royals still have the chance to drag themselves to victory.

Jasprit Bumrah has realized one of the greatest come-from-behind wins in Indian One-Day Championship history with an incomparable spell of bowling, leading Royal Challengers Bengaluru to their maiden Indian One-Day Championship title. The man for the big occasions, Ben Stokes, had the game all but won for the Rajasthan Royals, and even after his untimely departure, Ravindra Jadeja, the greatest talisman of the Royals, had all the tools at his disposal to see his team home safely and securely, but a remarkable performance from the Royal Challengers' captain pulled off what can only be described as "impossible" and secured a historic win for his side. Wreathed in red and black, Jasprit Bumrah starred in the greatest victory of his side, capping off a memorable individual season with a maiden Indian One-Day Championship title.

Not only is Jasprit Bumrah the Player of the Match in the Indian One-Day Championship Final, but as the leading wicket-taker with 31 scalps to his name, he has been adjudged the Player of the Tournament as well. Karun Nair, the leading run-scorer of the tournament with a tally of 557 runs, could not make a difference for his side in the final as the Royals crumbled to an unbelievable loss with the championship seemingly in their pocket. In the game of great uncertainty, the Royals missed out on a historic third championship, all due to the brilliance of the man who manifested his dreams and the dreams of all of Bengaluru, taking them to the promised land at long last.

At the end of the auctions when I was looking at the squads and the possible XIs of all the 10 teams, it was only one team which stood out to me as regards to the balance for all types of conditions and seemed at par with us. RCB it was!

The two of the most balanced sides which I felt at the start of the tournament played in the final. So it is a win win. Our top order could not get going and when we were 4 down for not much, it was always going to be catch up. Stokesy and Jaddu made us believe at one stage but Bumrah had other plans which ruined it for us.

As I always say, runs on the board matters in such situations. It was literally down to the contrasting figures of the spearheads of both the teams. If Shaheen did not have an off day, and if we did not allow those two 30 odd partnerships at the end for them, we could have restricted them to much below 200. But ifs do not matter.

The 2nd time we have finished 2nd. The 3rd trophy has made us wait very long but I hope when it comes, it will be sweetest! Really looking forward to the mega auction for the next year, cannot wait!

A very well deserved win for the RCB and @Neptune. Congrats man, enjoy your big day! It indeed was a cracker of a final!

@Life Warrior man apologies we faltered at the last hurdle but you are the best co-manager anyone can have. Get your scouting hat on for the next mega auction, the 3rd IODC trophy awaits us!

Lastly, @Na Maloom Afraad. Man. I seriously do not have the words to appreciate you or put it like this, I am really awestruck as to how you keep up the quality of the league and keep on delivering day in and day out! Take a bow!
Rajasthan Royals and the IODC are the only two things which have got me visiting PC even after being 32 years old and it is only because of you and your superb execution of each and every aspect of this league, which is the most closest to my heart!

Jasprit Bumrah where would we be without you :crying::crying::crying::crying::crying:. 31 wickets in 12 games @16.35, including balling out in the playoffs in spin friendly pitches; I straight up do not have any words

From that disastrous last season and threatening to bomb out of the competition after R8 this time; I guess RCB winning was never going to be a straightforward affair. It's always so frustrating because you can sense the potential in the squad but somehow we taper off in the big games which is exactly the opposite of what happened this time

wow RCB won...
RCB... RCB... RCB...
Big thank you for getting Kane Williamson and Jasprit Bumrah to RCB all those years ago, they are still our highest run scorer and wicket taker. Straight up would not be possible without your contribution

A very well deserved win for the RCB and @Neptune. Congrats man, enjoy your big day! It indeed was a cracker of a final!
RR are just perennial title contenders in this tournament, amazing final and amazing opponent, excited to see what you guys cook in the mega auction

and obviously thank you to @Na Maloom Afraad for running this season, it's just the best online cricket tournament I've played in ever and winning this season is amongst the most satisfying things I've done in any managerial game

Congrats RCB & @Neptune :Claping:

A well deserved one...you got RCB won man that's not a small thing...you did wonders. Congrats again!!

@Life Warrior man apologies we faltered at the last hurdle but you are the best co-manager anyone can have. Get your scouting hat on for the next mega auction, the 3rd IODC trophy awaits us!
Thanks @Gaurav_7 bro nothing to apologise here...you're the best bro, without you it was never possible to achieve all this and be one of successful teams of the IODC history...yaah will be looking for the next auction and will be getting the 3rd one very soon!! :Cheersmate:

Thanks to @Na Maloom Afraad best in the business to manage everything no words to appreciate your work..you're the best man.

Congratulations @Neptune was rooting for you after our fall.
Thanks @Na Maloom Afraad

Really wish it was a long season, because of a few early missteps we couldn't take much chance with our lineup this time around, I feel we had a great batting unit in Ramandeep, Sanvir and Nehal but never got a chance maybe we could retain them for next season.
