Yep top effort with just 21 balls
Delhi Capitals with their bowling is now more than capable to defend this score.
I don't understand the hype around Jordan in death overs. He has been praised & rated very highly by the UK/Skyports experts - the likes of Hussain , Atherton etc. but every time I have seen him bowl at the death he is very very ordinary to say the least.
To be fair who could have bowled against that onslaught?Yeh I would say he is good when he gets it right as he did recently in the series against Australia. However, he doesn't get it right too often and he is very inconsistent. It is probably one of the hardest things to do in a t20 game, to bowl at death but he has been brought in specifically for that role.

He is like Umesh Yadav version of India at the death.

I feel this being the first game, Capitals will adjust as season progresses. Top class effort from Iyer, Pant, Stoinis. Really good to see Pant play the way he did, real mature. What a great innings from Stoinis. But I still believe he should’ve been the guy at no. 3...

Yep fair enough. This could still prove a challenging score.Yupp as I said, it is one of the most challenging things to do in a T20 game. However, it was just surprising to see him not use any variations as @Bevab has mentioned above. He just went fast and didn't try to vary the pace. Stoinis did struggle with the change of pace when Cottrell bowled to him so that wouldn't have been a bad idea.
