Indian Premier League - General Discussion

Yep, 1 needed from 3 surely had to be done. Can't just pin point one poor call by the umpires.
Plus they had the oppo at 30/3 off 8 overs.....so they need to look at themselves as well. On the other hand if the run hasnt been correctly given at the time it should be done so retrospectively.

Punjab lacks a death bowler. (Unless Jordan steps up & decides to prove me wrong :p)

Rabada bowled a gem against Russell last year in the superover.

Backing Delhi to finish it up in the superovers.

Yeah and there inabilty to win from various match winning positions....

A close lbw or catch call is understandable but that was something entirely fixable at the end of the over. If you can go back and try to rectify the error, you sure can see it again and hand it back to them.[DOUBLEPOST=1600625027][/DOUBLEPOST]

If they have any sense, they'll hand it to Cottrell.[DOUBLEPOST=1600625095][/DOUBLEPOST]Unless Mayank can barely walk, not having him here is surprising.[DOUBLEPOST=1600625113][/DOUBLEPOST]Oh dearie me Rabada that was brilliant!

Told ya!

Rabada has done it again.

Yes, I agree. Even if Punjab had a decent score, they just don't have a bowler who can defend a score. Shami would be my best bet but Rabada has ended the debate.

Jordan is quality in the death. He had a bad day. It happens.

Well Kings would feel cheated, considering there was a wrong short run call in the 19th over, and thus they fell short by a run...
