Sensational stuff from Gill. A top class innings.

I do like the idea of Hardik at four and I hope he improves over the course of the season to be good enough there.

Mandeep Singh has a pretty good record in domestic cricket, but for some reason, he never gives me confidence as a batsman. It always seems like he is going to get out.

Players with 'Man' in their name have good records in domestic Cricket but never really translated that into competitive Cricket.

Eg:
Manish Pandey
Mandeep Singh
Gurkeerat Singh Mann
Manan Vohra

Crucial game for Chennai tomorrow against Punjab! In a weird way, CSK is going in as massive underdogs against a revitalized Punjab who despite their defeat recently, look hale and healthy.

Milne and Jordan are almost ruled out of the game tomorrow (Milne has a side strain; Jordan is in hospital for a tonsil infection). CSK have to change a few bowlers and play with inexperienced guys, but can be a great opportunity to blood new talents. This would be my XI:

Ruturaj
Uthappa
Moeen
Rayudu
Dhoni
Jadeja
Pretorius
Bravo
Rajvardhan
Tushar
Solanki

A wrist spinner has done well in the swimming pool of Bradbourne (Bishnoi's example). Its easier to manage with a soapy ball when you use your wrists rather than your fingers. Theekshana is not a proper wrist spinner (he's also a finger mystery spinner). Might as well blood Solanki and try him out. He comes in for Mukesh. While I'd bring in Rajvardhan for Dube. Dube's batting didn't make any difference at all in the last game while he lost us the game with the ball. Rajvardhan can hit big sixes but most importantly he's more of a specialist bowler than the part time of Dube.

Of course pray to dear lord for a victory at the toss, coz its Bradbourne.
