Yep, Rahul is a good bid. He gives an option to play him as a middle order or as a finisher and if the team ends up with no good keepers, he can do a bit of keeping too though KXIP wouldn't want him to do that.

Seeing the buys of Punjab so far, I doubt if Ashwin is a straightforward choice for captaining. Miller is an option; Nair is another option.
