Indian Premier League - General Discussion

I feel like it's gonna be a 2022 Pakistan type run. RCB will fall short. Their bowling will let them down at a crucial point

Don't understand the ruckus, they've simply qualified into the playoffs. Acting worse than the Kenyans did when they reached the semis in 2003.

For all you know, they are a Kohli selfish k ock away from losing a game.

They were also a selfish Kohli knock away from being knocked out yesterday. Acting like Kohli is the problem with the team is a bit silly this season.

Credit where due. Winning 6 on the trot is stuff of dreams.

More than that, they’ve done it with the second weakest team in this IPL. That deserves a ton of credit even if I believe they’ve been very fortunate.

I'm not to sort of guy that likes to moan and complain, but impact sub needs to go next season it really not fair for bowlers. Teams are literally playing with 9 batsman that can play.

I am not discounting their run here, winning 6 on the trot is good, but teams have done it in the past. Their celebrations don't make sense at all. RCB were acting like hooligans. I get it if they did this way after winning the IPL, but merely qualifying for the playoffs doesn't justify these wild celebrations.

Anyway looking forth to the business end now. RR slipping to 3rd, they've only had themselves to blame in this one. I'm backing KKR and SRH to meet again in the Finals.

SRH v RCB finale coming up!

I hope they get rid off the Impact rule next year. Rayudu's statement +Kohli jesting to Gayle might just convert this tournament into a retirees paradise.

Already Indians are a spoilt bunch. They head into playoffs knowing that a lose doesn't deter their prospects. This mentality continues at the international level with India losing as many KO games. If they keep up with the Impact rule, expect Indian teams to go down the drain like the West Indies.

Not a fan of it either but I reckon it will continue for 1 more season. It seems to be the brain child of Jay Shah if I'm correctly reading between the lines. So I doubt he will simply let go of it that easily.

SRH will win it. It's Cummins' era and we're just living in it
