I'd be amazed if they don't come in for an overseas batter with more experience than two T20s now they've got Archer. Really seems like he was top of their list, they're coming in for everyone now.

I understand that Shephard had a good CPL and can bat decently but surely you don't splash so much cash for him?

Shepherd could've been the no. 6 we were looking at. Archer will definitely be no. 8 fron next season.
