Balaji is back! I can't wait to see him in the national side along with Badrinath.

Amen.

I think playing under Dhoni makes the Indians in the team put just that much more effort in so that they have at the very least, a minute chance of getting selected for the national team.

I'm so ecstatic that Badri has hit form now, keep going, Badri! Fantastic bowling by Bala, good thinking with his different run up.

I'm so jealous of my uncle, he hasn't followed cricket for a while now, barely knew what was happening in the IPL.

I told him to go to a game and he did, and he loved it. His first cricket match after 30 years and he see's a Badri masterclass and a Balaji comeback with a five fer and a hattrick!

Damn!

Once again Rohit, you can not own 'see'. It's not an object, a person or anything you can own.

:).

:p.

I was worried about the CSK bowling but defending 181 was a great job and winning by 18 runs was even better on a belter of a pitch.

T20 is a chancy game all right, but Chennai have all the elements of a champion T20 side: some class batsmen (Vidyut, Badri, Fleming), some big hitters down the order (Dhoni, Morkel) and a decent bowling attack which, although not too special, can hold its own in this competition.

Delhi on the other hand have had only a few individual performances with McGrath being a huge factor in the bowling line-up. So I wouldn't say that Delhi is superior to Chennai as a team.

In fact, with the exception of Bangalore Royal Challengers, I would say any of the 7 teams in this tournament have a great chance of beating each other.

:mad at loss.

:happy for Balaji comeback

I'm not sure if Balaji is fit enough for regular ODI or Test cricket though. He's slower than 120 km/ph at best. However, his slower balls are still effective. But he's got to build up to his best over a period of time. Even if he makes a comeback, he'll have a lot more competition now for a place in the Indian team than in 2005/6.

He looked unfit. His runup was all wrong and bowling action looked awkward. I think he is really hurt deep inside. Maybe he got no support during these 2 years. In 6 months he will be back. Not necessary for India but for domestic and IPL games for sure.

Manpreet Gony is next superstar for India now.

They really need to investing some better quality stumps. That's the second one i've seen break in half.

Hypocrite! Firstly, we are not giving Balaji support whilst injured and now we must move on to the next promising youngster.
