R.S : Welcum to the Fourth Umpire for the Lunch break,Day4. We have Ian Bishop with us to discuss on this morning session. Well, Ian What do u think of this session?

I.B : Ravi, This has been a superb watchful display by India though they lost an early wicket. Yuvraj was simply fantastic.

R.S : Yep, it was expected to go in bowler's way but the watchful innings prevented that. Pathan was the only wicket to fall in this session and that was also a mistimed shot....

I.B : Bowlers bolwed well actually and the runs were denied almost early in this session. It was Yuvraj again who compensated this in the last 15 minutes. You can see Agarakar there, he was totally denied for making runs and he took around 70 balls for his 12 runs without a boundary.

R.S : Well Ian, that actually turned as a great support to Yuvi which is still helping India to get close to 400 run lead. But i agree with u that the bowlers outsmarted the batsman at the start...Also it was a clever move by Lara to bring Edwards back this morning, but he was unlucky again for not getting a wicket inspite of his great bowling!!!

This is how Edwards bowled today so for,

EDWARDS IN DAY4 ( Till Lunch )

I.B : He is having a good test so for... Also he was unlucky in several occassions where the batsmen narrowly escaped from the edges!!! Well, he is now emerging as a great bowler gor Windies.

R.S : Well, Windies have experimented various frontline bowlers like Drakes,Taylor,Bradshw,Collymore... It seems Edwards will find a permanent place in the team...Also this young kid has a great future...

I.B : I was also impressed with the speed he is bowling... His fastest is 152 Kmph so for in this match and averages around 140-144 Kmph!!! At the same time his line is perfect, so he has a great future ahead provided he is free from injuries being a fast bowler!!!

R.S : Yep, i agree that the fast bowlers have to be careful from injuries!!! Also, talking about Edwards, we have collected his statistics before this series,

EDWARDS,IMPROVING AS A GREAT BOWLER( In TESTS )

I.B : well he is really improving match by match... Infact in this test, he is going like a perfect fast bowler... I hope that he gets perfect before the world cup

R.S : Infact the stats shows that its not a bad start to his test carrier... Also Gayle is the another bowler who is going extremely well with the ball... If he goes like this definitely, Gayle will be a genuine allrounder.

I.B : But still, the batting is his special ability and bowling will be handy to Windies!!!

R.S : The only batsman who have dominated in this session tht too in last 15 minutes is Yuvraj Singh... He got a brilliant hundred at the crucial time!!!

YUVI's ATTACK

I.B : Thats fantastic... he went all over the ground... This is really a matured cricket from him... No words to describe!!!

R.S : Thts why he is called as "MATCH WINNER"... We have to see whether this innings will help India to win... Well, what do u think Ian?

I.B : Its tough task for Windies, especially ro bat in Day5 is not easy...But if they play watchful, there is a chance to draw the game... But win for Windies, according to me, they let it slip yesterday after tea!!! Some miracle has to happen if Windies have to win this!!!

R.S : I think the result will be partly known at the end of Day4!!! Also, its time to get back to the match....

YUVRAJ CROSSED 150 & THE LEAD REACHES 400*

There was a good positive start by Indians after Lunch!!! Yuvraj smashed a four in very first ball of Powell after lunch... This is a clear indication that Indians are going to hurry for runs as much as they can and declare soon!!!

Yuvraj later reached his 150 in Hinds over by taking a single. With that 150, India also strengthened its lead to 400. This is a mighty one for Windies!!! Lara immediately responded with bringing Edwards into the attack.

INDIA LEAD BY 402 Runs.

INDIA's DECLARATION COMES WITH YUVRAJ's DISMISSAL

As the lead was 400 already, Dravid was standing in the dressing room waiting to announce the declaration!!! Indian supporters were expecting the same decision!!! Also, Its not easy to chase in the fifth day!!! So there is some advantage for Indian bolwers especially Kumble will be a tough guy to face!!!

YUVRAJ WAS FINALLY DISMISSED

Yuvraj after reaching his 150 wanted to continue the same aggressiveness... At the same time, Lara was shuffling the bolwers rapidly... He brought Powell in for Hinds!!! Even Lara felt tht declaration was nearby!!!

Powell bowled a beautiful yorker, Yuvraj wanting to go at it, was trapped for LBW!!! There was a huge shout and umpire without any doubts raised his hand quickly.... The decision was a quite easy one!!! But there was no time for celebration of this wicket.

FINALLY DRAVID DECLARES!!!

With umpire raising his hand in one side, Dravid from the dressing room raised his hand to call the players...So Dravid making a declaration with dismissal of Yuvi!!! Yuvi played a quite fantastic innings and its his best in his lifetime as he had rescued India from the pits!!! Yuvi had done this manytimes in ODIs..

Windies players walked back with lot of discussion!!! They have five sessions in their hand!!! They have to set a small target first to reach the big one!!! Important thing for Windies is that they shd try not to sacrifice their wicket!!!Kumble is going to be definitely tough in fifth day!!!!

Welcum to the final innings of the first test between India and WestIndies LIVE on StarSports.

Its a wonderful atmosphere now and the stadium is fully occupied for the final thrill... Music allover...Well, India have set a huge target of 400 plus runs!!! Windies are bit worried but the first one hour is going to be very very crucial....Windies fans did not let their team down... They are playing a cheerful music to boost their team's confidence!!!!

There was huge roar of the crowd when both the umpires came out...This shows how excited they are for the start of this innings!!! Indian players then followed the umpires!!!

JUST FEW MINUTES FOR THE START...

Then Windies batsmen ( Gayle and Hinds ) arrived with great pressure on them!!! They have to play a major role for Windies to be safe!!! Dravid adjusted the field and everything seems to be ready for the start except the umpire's word " Go "!!!

Great presentation, I wouldn't just say Kumble is the key, he is a major part, but I would give part time spinners like Tendulkar, Sehwag and Y Singh a few overs, they might help.

WINDIES LOOKING DEFENSIVE!!!

The Umpires asked the bolwer to proceed!!! Pathan was the opening bowler and there was huge roar again when Pathan was about to bowl the first delivery... The first ball was well left by the batsman and went to the keeper!!! It was started from this delivery...Windies never attempted to take even a small risk!!! Sreesanth was the other bowler supporting Pathan!!! Both Gayle and Hinds either left the ball to go or played it defensively without any risks!!! Dhoni again left the ball to go for four byes in the last ball of Pathan's first over!!! This is becoming a serious problem and Coach is expected to take suitable action!!!!

Oooooh... Just Missed!!!

Pathan in his 5th over bowled a beautiful delivery that was moving into the left handed batsman Hinds... He left it alone, but the ball moved a lot in such a way that it had very few centimeters gap between the ball and the bails!!! Pathan almost thought that it was a clean bowled.. but he was unlucky in that occassion!!! He laughed at Hinds and went to deliver his next ball!!!

Windies at the moment dont want to take any risks and it seems tht they are aiming for the draw!!! But still the major bowlers like Ajit,Munaf and Kumble to come!!!!
