INDIA LOOSES SEHWAG EARLY!!!​

The umpires asked the players to start the match and there was a huge roar from the crowd when the first ball was about to bowl!!! As expected there was good movement of the ball in very first delivery!!! Seeing this Lara, strengthened his fielding more.... It was very attacking!!!

Well, Sehwag fell in the trap that was set for him,

SEHWAG GOES FOR DUCK!!!

Sehwag playing a carless shot in one of Bradshaw'd delivery, was edged and the ball went in the direction of third slip... Lara was the man standing in second slip there... Also there was no third slip placed!!!

Lara made a brave attempt of full stretched dive and caught the ball in his hands... Well he was almost parallel to the ground in air while diving!!! The ball almost slipped from Lara's hands but atlast managed to take one of the greatest catches in cricket!!!

The catch that Lara took reminded everyone of Jonty Rhodes!!! The skipper has proved that he is an leading example for other players!!! Everyone were stunned of that catch...Sehwag was completely not able to believe his eyes that he was caught!!!

Sehwag was very much disappointed as he failed to make runs for his name!!! The opening pair changed but the regular opener failed to support the new opener!!!

Rahul Dravid, Indian skipper arrived as a virtual opening batsman to join Dhoni!!! Its important time for skipper to spend time there in middle!!!

Bad start for India, all of a sudden the decision for Dhoni and Sehwag to open seems a big risk. But it could pay off. Dhoni and Dravid could be a perfect partnership, Dravid builds the innings meaning Dhoni can hit.

INDIA IN DANGER AS SKIPPER GOES FOR DUCK!!!​

After Indian Opener Sehwag departed, everyone expected Dravid to give a solid support to Dhoni who is being tested as a opener for this game!!! But it seemed that there was something in the pitch that is looking great for the bolwers!!! Edwards and Bradshaw(who was brought in this test) cleverly utilised this condition!!! Indian batsmen were very discomfortable at the crease....

DRAVID DEPARTS!!!​

Bradshaw was bowling extremly well... Dravid was out in one of Bradshaw's great delivery!!! Dravid didnt even take any risk... he just went to play a forward defense but the ball edged and went to wicket keeper and Ramdin took the easiest catch!!! Bradshaw striked again for second time....

Dravid was extremly disappointed as he was expected to play a support role!!! Its very rare to see Dravid getting out like this!!! Indian Skipper went back to pavillion with great disappointment!!!

Also there were more disappointments among Indian supporters becos the score for India still remains a big "0". It seems that Lara has made a right decision of bowling first in this type of wicket. There is a great joy among Windies supporters becos they have got the most important wicket of WALL!!!

Sachin Tendulkar arrives in more pressure at the crease!!! This is a rare situation for India where two crucial wickets have lost in Zero itself!!! Well, there is a big question among Indian fans that "who is going to rescue India now in conditions like this(assisting bowlers a lot) ???? "

ARE BATSMEN CONFUSED HOW TO PLAY ????​

This pitch is behaving extremely as the bowler friendly one!!! Batsmen have no clue how to place the balls in right areas...There are more edges and movement of the ball... India is very very unlucky to bat first on this track after loosing the toss!!!

RAMDIN MISSES DHONI IN EDWARD's OVER!!!​

Edwards and Bradshaw were excellent on this track!!! But Edwards is unlucky because there was a great easy opportunity missed by Ramdin!!! Dhoni going for a backfoot shot was edged and the ball went straight to the keeper...It looked like an easy catch,but Ramdin missed that catch and ball went over his head for a boundary... That is the first runs scored for India!!!

In the same over, Dhoni attempted a cover drive... and this time the placement was perfect and it went for the four!!! This is the first well placed shot for Indians!!!

BRADSHAW's THIRD WICKET & LARA's ANOTHER AMAZING CATCH!!!

Bradshaw bowled to Sachin... He managed to take single and gave strike to Dhoni who got two boundaries in previous over!!! Bradshaw bolwed a beautiful delivery and Dhoni ,while attempting to play at it, got an unfortunate edge and the ball went in the gap between second and third slip... As there was no third slip placed, Lara made an another huge dive and managed to take another outstanding catch!!!

Lara is looking brilliant in the field and setting an leading example for other players!!! Well, Dhoni was suprised and disappointed as this was his first test as an opening batsman and he failed!!! But there is nothing much to balme him as the pitch is playing a major role!!!

Also, all the three wickets have been produced from the edges!!! It is during this crucial time, Ganguly arrives at the crease!!! Well, its going to be interesting how Ganguly is going to face this condition that too after a long time break!!!

Also, Windies fans are enjoying and playing their non stop music and at the same time, there was lot of tension in Indian dressing room!!!

Yup sure does look like a batsman's graveyard at the moment, that pitch. But then the Windies bowlers are doing the right thing to dismiss the batsmen.

Wow India off to a shocker. The only positive i can think of is that they are not into negative runs. I think i'll state the obvious and say that if Ganguly doesn't do something special the tourists are shot.

what can i say mate didn't know about it...was going through the story thread and saw this...i have read whole of it...took me about 20 minutes : ...but it was worth it...great prsentation ...suberb animation ...absolutley smashing stuff mate...keep up the effort...if you keep going on like this you will be one of the best contendors for the best stroy of july 2006...great work...

EDIT: forgot to talk about the match...lol...altough india won the first match, westindies came in full of confidence believing in themselves and taking 3 quick wickets + dropped one catch...they are pretty much on top and will hope to get some more wickets quickly...
