So England just needed to bat for another 1.30 minutes. So they came in frame of mind of making as much runs as they can....So that they end day well and build pressure on Indian bowling...There start was not the best ones but they recovered soon when Strauss smashed Ishant Sharma for plenty of runs in his first spell.......

Dhoni wanted a wicket so he replaced Ishant Sharma with Harbhajan Singh. Harbhajan was bowling well but was not able to get wicket. On other hand even Cook changed his batting and started playing attacking cricket. It was getting dark and Dhoni was desperate to get any of the opening batsmen out. Then finally he decided to bring Sreesanth into the attack and that resulted in wicket of Andrew Strauss,England captain..Sreesanth got surprise bounce from the pitch and Strauss tried to hook it which resulted in think edge and Ishant accepted the catch.... :happy :banana2

Sreesanth was overjoyed but he controlled his aggression and celebrated the wicket with his team. :happy :banana2 Most of the people thought night watchmen will come to bat now and it will Anderson but no Jonathan Trott was the next batsmen and it shocked the crowd a lot and they said 'boooooooooo!!!!'...... Trott did well to stay at the crease and supported Cook well....Cook after Strauss wicket made sure that he stays at the crease and played few delightful strokes......After few minutes umpires said common guys back to the pavilion it's end of Day 3......

Day 4 started of with lots of expectation from Indian team and England team fans. Indian team obviously had the upper hand but as they say cricket is a funny game and India still needed 9 more wickets...Alastair Cook continued his good batting but he didn't took any risk he played grounded stroke because he knew that his wicket is very important....On other hand Trott played very defensively..Soon Cook reached his fifty and after his fifty he took many singles and played all around the ground.

After Cook reached his fifty Trott made sure that he make some runs and take his score forward because he knew pitch can be hard to play anytime....They both were playing very well specially Cook he stopped hitting boundaries after his fifty and made sure he stays at the crease......Dhoni knew that this partnership could be very dangerous for India.

So he brought Harbhajan into the attack and that did the trick....Harbhajan bowled a good length delivery Cook gone on backfoot and got thick edge and Dhoni accepted the catch.....Cook was damn disappointed and next batsmen was Pietersen he just played one ball and umpire said common guys its time for lunch!

After lunch England strategy was to play bit fast and add some crucial runs to the board....Kevin Pietersen did well to add some crucial runs to the board on other hand Trott was taking singles and was inching closer to his fifty.....Pietersen was hitting some glorious stroke and the bowlers went clueless even Dhoni didn't knew in which bowler he should have faith...On other hand Trott reached his fifty and continued giving strike to Kevin....


But after reaching to his fifty after few minutes Trott was given LBW out....Ball got some swing from the pitch,Trott didn't expected any swing hence he decided to leave the ball but because of the swing ball managed to touch the off stump and umpire felt that yes it is out and gave Trott LBW...Next batsmen was Collingwood even his dismissal was pretty unlucky....This time ball didn't had any swing but he expected some swing and bounce bowl kept low and manged to hit off stump and Collingwood was bowled...

Even Kevin followed these two batsmen in the next over but this time it was KP mistake he was getting way too attacking and hence he was bowled because of a miss timed stroke....Prior came to the crease and played few strokes and after KP dismissal Broad came to bat and managed to stay at the crease with Prior. Soon umpires said 'common guys its time for TEA' and Indian team happily gone for the TEA. Now the question is can there be a twist in the match? No one knows.....

After the Tea England and Prior strategy was to hit some quick runs. Spinners were bowling so it was ideal time for Prior to hit some big strokes and that's what he did. He smashed spinners all around the park and got to his well made fifity...This inning from Prior is really frustrating Indians because Indian team knows that if he gets out win will be in hand of us. But he is not getting out and even Broad is trying his best to stay at the middle with him....

Broad got some lucky escapes and Indian fielding was really poor i have to say that.....After reaching to his fifty,Prior started playing a innings which ensure England's win....Prior started taking singles and rotating the strike but he forgot that Broad is not a specialist batsmen he can bat but it's not sure that he can bat all day with him......Fortunately for England Broad stayed at the middle and didn't gave away his wicket for a fair time.....

But,As soon as Yuvraj came into the attack Broad was having difficulties playing him. Third ball of the Yuvraj over got rid of Broad. He pitched the ball on off side but it got some spin and Broad was bowled. Broad thought that ball will not spin and it will have some bounce too but it didn't had bounce and it did spin and Broad gave away his wicket cheaply...After Broad got out Swann came to crease and managed to stay at the middle till the end of the day and supported Prior.....Swann defended the ball and gave strike to Prior too but the main thing he did was he allowed himself to stay at the crease and we know Swann has some serious talent with the bat but can he win this match for this team? Lets see but after sometime umpires said 'common guys back to pavilion its end of day 4'....

Prior started off pretty well for England. He knew that he can't depend on tail-enders so he made sure that he take most of the strike and try to get as close to the target as he can. Graeme Swann was defending the ball well but was making sure that he don't give him wicket away. But unfortunately he got an ball which had some surprise bounce he tried to smash it but got glove on it and fielder accepted the catch with joy......

After Swann dismissal Prior got to his great century but soon after his century he gave away his wicket.... Prior started playing very attacking cricket and hence lost his wicket. Prior smashed the ball but forgot that there is a fielder there and got trapped and fielder excepted the catch there were lots of 'boooo' from the England crowd and on other hand Indian crowd was overjoyed. Soon after Prior wicket one more wicket fall of Onions and he was clean bowled. Now Indian team was pretty sure that they have won the match but Hoggard had some other plans in his mind. He and new arrived on the crease Anderson played slowly but then Hoggard anticked the run rate and smashed few cracking strokes.....

Anderson simply defended the balls and gave strike to Hoggard but he was hitting bad ball away for fours too. Very few times we see Dhoni getting frustrated and that was the case thim time too.... Bowlers were going for plenty of runs and Dhoni had not clue what so ever.... Soon England reached really close to the target it all got tensed who will win? We are ready for a nail bitting finish.

It was all going fine for England if they would have taken 6 singles then also they could have won the match. Whole day was pending and they could have very very easily won the game but because of a bad shot decision from Hoggard,England lost and India won..... :happy Sehwag bowled a very good delivery Hoggard was on front foot and thought of going for a big stroke and ball suddenly had bit of turn and ball was straight to Dhoni hands Hoggard was on front foot so Dhoni stumped him,As we know Dhoni stumping technique is very good and Hoggard was stumped,out! Umpire didn't bother to refer it to third umpire because it was clean out.... So the final result of this test match is India won by just 4 runs..:happy :banana2
