India's tour of Australia - January 2016

Once Rohit crosses 100, he will turn on BEAST mode. I hope he is not stuck in 90's for long time. India should speed up now.

Someone please confirm that pitch is flat. Can't see Ro haters coming out of holes today. Hilarious thing is India's own fans would mock him despite his contributions like this in overseas.

By the way, time to activate that beast mode. Both are set, and ten runs an over from here, would be enough to put a massive total on the board.

There is no one who will question Rohit's place in the ODI or T20 side, home or overseas. Its his place in the test side that is definitely under question though, and he should be kept as far away from the test side, as possible.

Anyway a fine 100 from Rohit, now Kohli's turn. His record in ODIs vs Australia in Australia is very poor. I am sure he will set it right here.

Won't argue that one. He's complete limited overs material, and has made himself incapable of playing tests over the years. But when he scores 100 runs in India, he would be called home track bully.

Meanwhile, what a shot that.... ed: Need few more like that from both these, and we can easily get past 300 or 325.

Rohit Sharma has 3 ODI centuries in Australia which is the most for an Indian batsman. And even VVS has 3.

Rohit looking good here, the pitch is great for batting and the bowling looking ordinary ... another 200 on the cards?

Situation is more like that for him when he scored first double ton and his second. Too many wickets in hand. I hope he will... :D Don't really want to jinx him, though.

I highly doubt so. It would be epic if he gets another one.

1.3 overs to be bowled by Hazlewood and 3 by Faulkner. These are the over that matter most to Australians, if they both get hit too, guess the game is out of their hands already.

this looks like a 350 wkt though!

Should have accelerated better though with so much batting to come should have thrown the gauntlet by now!

Its like both are waiting for the other to hit and get out tbh!

I hate to urge caution here, but remember Australia have a weaker bowling line up, but their batting is just as good, and the pitch will be flat even for them, and the less said about India's limited overs bowling right now the better.

With the extra fielder in the last 10 overs, there are few 350 wickets now. Unless you are playing in NZ on those really small grounds. I will personally take a score near 290.

"If they bot get hit too", doesn't seem the case now anyways. Hazlewood and Faulkner really trying to get back in. I thought we could easily get past 325 if they both were hit. If that would have been happening, I'll say chasing 325+ is not a part of everyday routine. That's gone anyways, chances seem pretty much equal now.

sort of true but is still thin we should have gone at-least somewhere near 320 now it looks improbable other than a rohit blast![DOUBLEPOST=1452580323][/DOUBLEPOST]The problem is everyone wants to time their blast for their wkt instead of just going for it by numbers and wkts in hand! If that makes sense!
