India should be reprimanded of their actions yesterday.

The things said on air were absolutely rubbish and does not represent a very good image of a team representing billion people.

As others pointed this is an act of sore/pathetic losers or you can simply say cry babies.

Kohli and co should have kept their mouths shut but given the awful Drs goof ups we’ve seen in this series, a formal complaint has to be lodged. If there really is dependence on the host broadcasting for making DRS decisions then both teams have to agree before the series not to use DRS. This was not the only bad drs decision in this series.

I feel we should not miss the genuine grievance of the Indian team just because of the uncalled for outburst of Kohli and co.

I hear you! However, there are ways to bring this to the ICC's note. A formal complaint can be lodged by the Head Coach/ Team Manager to the Match Referee. Outburst like the above, will attract reprimands from the ICC.

Even in the past, Sourav Ganguly was wrongly accused of bringing the game into disrepute by a few match officials (read: Clive Llyod). I do not recollect Ganguly, the aggressive man that he is, ever mouthing into the cam regd LLyod/ any umpire, etc.

The grievance is genuine. The expression was wrong.

Also everyone loves Kohli‘s passion and intensity on the field. But sometimes it gets out of hand. He is not a robot you know.

do we really want to go back to the Azharuddin captaincy era of lions at home and pussycats abroad?

How is this valid in the above context? Azhar's side was way different- our bowling just had one spearhead unlike the current setup of having 3-4 geniune fast bowlers.
I mean the overall aggression and passion of this team. Ganguly era was the transition but Kohli has made this team a champion test team overseas. Part of that package is the in your face aggression which sometimes gets out of hand.

Look I love Kohli's aggression in the field and what he has done to Indian cricket in terms of Fitness and everything.

Here we are talking about absolute bullying IMO. Sledges are fine it happens between players on the field it has been happening for a long time in all the eras.

But there is a line which should not be crossed and not only Kohli but others involved yesterday did swearing abuses at the broadcasting team and blaming things which they do not have any substantial proof as well.

There should be some sort of action which should be taken maybe from CSA to BCCI or from Supersports themselves because they are indirectly questioning the integrity of the technical personnel involved in the DRS call.

I'm a little saddened that this DRS saga has ruined what was one of the most gripping contested series among these two teams. SA is most likely to win it, but I loved the fact that there were many see-sawing moments in all the matches. At no point was any win a dominant one (one could make a case about the 2nd Test but up until that final day's play, it was pretty even)

Also, I get a feeling that Rahane might have played his last Test (at least for a while) while Pujara will be persisted with.

I could never see such things coming tbh but we can't change what has happened. Deeply saddened by the actions of Indian team.

I come across as a patriotic but the sane section of the Indian society. Cricket being a sport where India took huge strides over the last 22 years (makes almost my life span thus far). So there's no surprise that I have been a huge supporter of Indian Cricket team.

There are people on this forum who'll say they've followed Indian team for last 20 years but I've done the same for more than a decade now. I find myself emotionally attached to this side but when I see acts like such it is both disappointing and embarrassing at the same time.

I really loved the good old side that always played within the spirits of the game and took whatever that was thrown at them with grace. And there is this side who thinks that they own the game. Arrogant is the right word!!!!!

I'll still want to see India win but perhaps everytime this thing will be brought it would be shameful. Accusing a passionate nation who always played in the spirits after coming to its land in the name of cheating is a pathetic act!

Questions need to be asked to Sourav Ganguly now. Is he really looking into the culture that is followed by Indian Cricket these days? Or is he himself involved in promoting this brand now?

Even from a practical standpoint they should have been restrained and not emotional. the drs decision spoke for itself and was a genuine issue. Indians got too distracted by this outburst and allowed crucial 30-40 easy runs. There’s still a match to be played and competed.

The Indians let it affect their game for almost half an hour which is unprofessional.

Dhoni as captain would have been pissed off for sure and might even have had a quiet word with the umpire but he would have probably made a wry smile and focused on the next ball.

True! They really need to have a hard look in themselves.

The 1 hr is crucial.

So far in 20 mins SA did well to survive.

If India don't pick any wickets in the next 40-45 mins it will be game, set and match.

It’s already game set and match.

Too many easy singles on offer there.
