Picking the home state Ranji Team:

So guys, we are going to start out basic stage of players distribution. Basically, the home state teams of the IHL teams are:

Chennai Knights: Tamil Nadu.
Bangalore Jet Hawks: Karnataka.
Kolkata Kookaburras: Bengal.
Deccan Dragons: Hyderabad and Andhra.
Delhi Dynamos: Delhi, Services and Railways.
Mumbai Menaces: Mumbai, Vidharba and Maharastra.

The first three teams need not do any stuff for now. But for the team management staff for the bottom three teams, you have two or more teams as your home state cricket teams, for which, you will need to select one among those three. You are expected to do that before 24 hours from now on, so that I can prepare for the catchment area draft. And one more thing, you people are two in number, I'll be counting the first one to post.
