It happens when you exit the coach/physio, or after you click continue after looking at the tables after your match.

I still get it every few hours.
I have no idea what it is.
Since I take quite a few screenshots, it could be something to do with that.
But sorry, I can't really help you.
I've just learnt to play with it, hence saving after every innings etc.

I used to get something similar; normally occurred when trying to exit the coach/physio screen. Doesn't really happen any more though

I'm sure it has nothing to do with taking screenshots since I almost never take screenshots & it still happens to me. You must be swtching windows to save the screenshots, right? So I believe that's what's causing it for you as well. I've never had it happen to me, if I play full-screen or don't switch windows while playing windowed. Based on my experience, I can't say that I can pinpoint on coach/physio screen as such but it just happens if I switch windows after any random number of switches, no matter whether I'm in a match or on the coach/physio screen so I've learned to play with it as well :crying & keep saving during a match, before switching windows but it's very very annoying :

I've raised this issue on Childish Things forum & Sureshot said he'd no idea why it was happening as they'd encountered no such problem in their tests.

It's not to do with taking screenshots. And I play windowed mode the whole time. I think it's to do with overloading the system trying to click stuff to quickly/move from a page too quickly maybe.

It also happens when I've been playing it for ages, e.g. multiple hours at a time.
Probably something to do with overloading my ████ computers system.

That's what I was thinking & I've noticed that delaying the switching time prolongs the almost inevitable crashing of the game but still, doesn't eliminate it completely & often, if I'm in another window for several minutes & then return to the game, even then, it still crashes.

Could you possibly pinpoint on what may have changed about your system or your game or the way you operate either of those two between when it was crashing & when the problem had vanished ?

I've managed to get ICC2010 working on my Mac Book Pro (Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz, 4GB DDR3 RAM, GeForce 320M(an integrated card)).

This was achieved through running wine, and emulating a virtual desktop. It works and acts just like it does on a pc, except that I can't tap to click, I have to press the button.

Hmmm. Mine has only crashed once or twice but that was a while ago. I never play the game for more than 2 hours anyway as I get bored.

When I'm bored, is what I do is play ICC. :laugh

I do a mixture - I play ICC when I'm bored, then I got bored of that so I go do something else

yeah. pretty much the same as Chewie. I play it when I have nothing to do and then stop when I have had enough of that. It just gets too boring playing ICC for many hours in a row.

Finished the patch update and it should be ready to go soon. Big improvements to the balance of batsmen and bowlers for youth players, team and squad selections improved and I've finally managed to get the text fixed for the LBW "pitched in line" "struck in line" display. Also lots of improvements to the database and some other fixes as requested on the forum. I'll post the full list when the patch is out. Chris.
